Donations

The time put into the creation, development, realisation and running of this site is currently put in voluntarily. Chris Samuel, who designed, updates, troubleshoots and runs the site; Chris and Donna who respond to those using the service, and Donna who writes the text content, as well as the committee members who help them chew over executive decisions about the site, all put in their time for free. At present, however, Chris and Donna personally pay for the webhosting and domain-name renewals for this site in order that it can continue to provide a free service to people around the world.

Want to help us pay for the webhosting and domain registration each year that makes this free service possible?

If so, this is where you can donate. (You don't have to. You are free to use the site for free). But if you like to give something back to ensure the service continues into the future then your donation, however small, will be a welcomed part of that.

We are not a registered charity, though what we do is completely charitable. We are not registered as a 'not for profit' organisation, though auties.org is run completely as a not for profit enterprise. We are not registered for these things as it requires paperwork and blah that we simply don't have the extra time for. So donations to www.auties.org are not going to be a tax deduction for you, but you may still feel you have contributed to something you believe in; community action, self advocacy and a place of equality and unity which brings together autism spectrum and autism friendly people to hopefully create a more autie-friendly world.
